– With a certification from the Montreal Relational Assistance Center (CRAM) obtained in 2001, Yannick has over 20 years of experience in individual and group coaching. 

A specialist in relational dynamics, he now applies his therapeutic expertise to professional training.

Areas of intervention and expertise: 

Through his company, ATMA Formation & Coaching, Yannick works on strategic levers for organizations and learners:
- Personal effectiveness and leadership: Development of autonomy and professional presence.
- Interpersonal communication: Mastery of authentic dialogue, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.
- Andragogy and knowledge transfer: As a trainer of trainers, he ensures the skills development of future therapists within CRAM.
